• Supabase to store waitlist signups
• Loops to manage email contact records and outbound waitlist emails
• Vercel Analytics to understand website traffic and performance

These providers process data on behalf of Barista Journal under their own privacy and security terms.

4. Legal basis and consent

If you submit the waitlist form, you are providing your information voluntarily so we can contact you about Barista Journal. In many jurisdictions, publishing a privacy notice is expected when collecting personal information such as names and email addresses.

5. How long we keep it

Waitlist information is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage the product launch, communicate updates, and maintain records of signups, unless you ask for deletion earlier.
